These Terms of Use govern your use of the scaffoldtr.dev website and the software development and automation services provided by Scaffold ("we", "the company"). By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms.
Scaffold provides business process automation, web application development, API integration and mobile app development services for startups and businesses. Each project is carried out under its own separately agreed scope, delivery timeline and fee; these terms set the general framework and do not replace project-specific agreements.
Price ranges shared on the site or in conversations are estimates; the final fee is confirmed in writing once the project scope is clarified. Payment terms (deposit, milestone payments, post-delivery payment) are set separately per project.
Ownership of the software/design deliverables developed within a project and fully paid for transfers to the client. Scaffold retains rights to its own general-purpose tools, templates and internal libraries; these may be reused for different clients.
The automation solutions we provide may work integrated with third-party platforms such as n8n, Make, and the WhatsApp Business API. The terms of use, pricing, and uptime/performance guarantees of these platforms apply; Scaffold does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of these third-party services.
Scaffold commits to providing its services with due care and professionalism. However, it cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from unforeseeable usage scenarios, third-party service outages, or incorrect data provided by the client.
For information on how your personal data is processed, see our Privacy Policy.
Either party may terminate the business relationship with written notice, subject to fulfilling ongoing project obligations. Ongoing project agreements are subject to their own termination clauses.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current text is always published on this page. Existing clients will be notified of significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
